Always sort your laundry into colors, whites and lights. This helps whites stay well… white, while brights and lights retain their color. 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar in the main wash cycle helps “set” colors that bleed.

Use warm water for most laundry, but always check the care label and wash accordingly. Cold water in the winter months can drop below the recommended 70° for effective cleaning and does not allow for great stain removal or germ killing power.

Hot water is recommended for whites, linens, cloth diapers, clothing that has been exposed to flu virus, stomach virus/bacterias, etc. The hot water should be at 135°-140°, most water tank settings are at 120°.

BE SURE to put the water temperature back down to a safe level (120° is recommended) to prevent scalding!

Add your laundry powders and liquids first to the tub and then add your laundry. For HE washers, you can add the powder to your washer’s tub, then add laundry and the liquids can go in your dispenser cup.

Use the All Sport in a spray bottle diluted 1:1 for super stain fighting power!

Dryers can cause some fibers to shrink. The best way to dry these articles of clothing is to toss them in the dryer and then after about 10 minutes pull them out, shake them, and hang them to dry.

Our Wool Dryer Balls reduce the drying time in regular loads, and fluff and soften as they work!
